San Diego Zoo

Today we went to the San Diego Zoo. We had a fun time walking around and looking at all the animals exhibits. I especially liked the polar bears, the elephants and the pandas. Balboa Park was right next door so we had some lunch over there at a nice cafe. We walked around the park for a bit and as we passed by Casa del Prado Theatre we found that there was a performance of "Cats" the musical playing this evening. We were all up for it so we got the tickets. I totally think that making spontanious decisions and last minute plans are what what vacations are all about! The musical was awesome, we all really enjoyed it and it was the perfect ending to a great day. Here are some pictures from the zoo. Enjoy!
